  • If you requested a reset password email, but it did not come through to your email, you may not have a Happy Box account set up. No worries though! You can easily create an account and get started using all of the features our accounts have to offer ASAP!

SHIPPING INFO

Current estimated processing time: 2-3 business days for all non-custom, non pre-order products, non-gift of choice redemptions.

Gift ship speed depends on current processing time + shipping speed you've selected at checkout.

Example, if you’ve selected two day shipping, that is transit time, not processing time included. 
Processing time includes handwriting your card (if applicable) and hand packing your box in our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped. We ship boxes out on Mondays - Fridays. During high seasonal moments, processing time can take up to 4 business days.

Please note that currently PO and APO addresses must ship via Standard Shipping (with UPS Surepost). What is SurePost Shipping? SurePost is a service provided by UPS in which packages are transported to the destination city and handed off to USPS for final delivery. Once the package is transferred to USPS, we cannot provide updates or make changes to the package delivery. 

All estimated shipping mentions on site and via email are for the mainland US; all island and international shipping options and pricing will come up in checkout when you put in your shipping address as they will vary depending on location. 

If you select "Hold for Galentine's Day" as your shipping option, your order will ship via UPS Ground on 2/5/25, so that your recipient should receive their Happy Box in an estimated delivery ahead of (but close to) Galentine's Day. 

IMPORTANT: Some products are NOT available to be shipped this way such as some third party partner individual products like singular products and all plants, on customizable/branded products, and on pre-order products. However, if you're looking for custom/branded items at a specific delivery date, we can absolutely help via our corporate team, just email us the details at [email protected]

Please review shipping terms in our Terms of Service as we make no guarantees as we use UPS and cannot control shipping delays once products have left our warehouse due to weather, strikes, etc.

For UPS shipments, you may track your package at this website and provide the tracking number sent to you via email.

For address changes, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number (HB-XXXXXX) and the changes needed. If it is something we are able to do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. Note: we may not be able to accommodate a change.

If your order has already shipped, we may be able to work with UPS to intercept your package while in transit, and change the shipping address for a fee from the carrier. Note: this is not always possible and is dependent on UPS to say if it is or is not possible, but we will try our best! For address changes, please reach out to [email protected]. Once confirmed with UPS that this change is possible, we will invoice you for the fee ($30) and will make necessary updates and/or changes after the invoice is successfully paid.

Yes, we do ship internationally to most countries for our Box Builder offering and for corporate custom orders using Passport Shipping, but prices and timeline of arrival greatly vary based on location. Note we currently are not able to offer international shipping on our Gift Instantly offering and on certain Curated gifts.

We cannot ship to the below countries (please note this list may change based on current state of the world):

  • IR (Iran)
  • KP (North Korea)
  • SL (Sierra Leone)
  • Palestinian Territories
  • South Sudan
  • Myanmar
  • Crimea Ukraine

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Rest assured, since we are a gift company we do not include pricing/receipts in any gift sent! 

ORDER HELP

Yes, you can! Using our multiship feature, you are able to purchase multiple gifts at one itme in one order, and then send them to different addresses. Please see an instructional video on how to do so HERE.

Not at this time! Please note, all shipping times are ranges, estimates, and are approximate and NOT guaranteed. 

Absolutely - login to your account or make an account here to see your order history and download receipts/account payments for your expense reimbursement needs. 

No problem! We get tons of inventory shipped in daily. Additionally, we can custom order for you, as needed. Please reach out to [email protected] with any bulk ordering needs.

We apologize for any confusion! Our backend will automatically "cancel" multiple box orders that are going to various addresses to split them into “sub orders” to ensure they each get to their right destination in our shipping software.  Rest assured, your multiple box order more than likely did go through, and is just displaying as canceled so it filters to the right place on our backend.  

Once we receive the box back at our warehouse, we will reach out to you to provide two options:

  1. We will refund the box upon receipt minus a $10 restocking fee for labor and to discard the custom made card and the exterior box as well as any perishable items.
  2. We are able to reship the box to a NEW address for a $17 reshipping fee.

Due to high seasonality, processing returns can take up to 5 business days. 

If you believe you're gift was lost or stolen, we recommend that you check all exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage. Please confirm that the shipping address provided is a correct and valid address. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact us at [email protected] for further assistance with your order number.

We may be able to file a claim with our shipping partner, but the process can take 1-4 weeks to complete.

Due to the custom nature of our service and labor involved, all sales are final from Happy Box. We do not issue refunds or order cancellations. 

Double check your order confirmation to ensure the email address you’ve input is correct, and email [email protected] if it is not. If it is correct, please ask your recipient to check their promotions and spam filters as the notifications may be stuck there. Note: we cannot control this as every mail service is different.

Who is this from?! Look inside the box for a card with a signature, but note some people do omit cards! If there is no card, please email [email protected] with your full name and order number (begins with HB- followed by a string of numbers, which should be on your shipping label), or your shipping address, and we will share the first name of the sender as listed in their billing information.

If you purchased a gift through our Box Builder and selected a handwritten card during the builder experience, your gift will contain that card. If you select the “no card” option, there will be no card, receipt, or note included in your gift. If you purchased out Gift Instantly offering, there is no note included in your gift once sent to your recipient, but they are digitally sent your message you’ve included. For singular gifts bought through our Curated/Occasion shop, no notes are included as those are shipped directly from our partners (i.e. pillows, wines, ice cream, and more). No receipts are included as all are gifts. If you need a receipt for expensing purposes, please, check your online account to download (note: you may need to sign up), or check your email where the confirmation email was sent.

CORPORATE GIFTING

Yes, we can! In a few ways:

  1. On our Box Builderyou can add logo items/SWAG but note minimums do apply. To buy a branded gift item within our self-serve custom gift box builder,  filter for "brandable gifts," on the filtering and categories.

  2. For custom boxes, cards, other packaging and custom-sourced gift items with your logo on it, you can reach out to our Corporate Gifting sales team who handles 100% custom gifts made for your business. Call them now (201-478-8649), request a proposal, or book a call for later.

  3. If you just want swag, for one-time or for ongoing reasons, you can reach out to our Corporate Gifting sales team who handles 100% custom gifts made for your business. Call them now (201-478-8649), request a proposalor book a call for later.

Typically, between 2-6 weeks but note it depends on the products and season. For specific questions or a quote/timeline, please email [email protected].

For 100% custom corporate gifts, we work with clients that have varying order quantity and spends, so it’s always good to inquire and learn more about what’s possible depending on your need/ask. Most often, clients start at around a minimum of 50 gifts or a spend of $5K. Learn more about pricing and all our corporate offerings here.

LOYALTY / REWARDS

You can easily claim your rewards right at checkout! During the checkout experience, please make sure you’re using the same email address that your rewards points are under. If you have rewards points in your account you will have the option to redeem those points at checkout in $5 increments, up to $20 off at one time/in one order. 100 points = $5 off. Learn more here.

You can redeem your points in increments of 100. 100 points = $5 off. You can redeem up to $20 at one time for one order. The reason it’s built this way is because we want you to keep coming back for gifts :) Learn more here. 

Points expire 1 year (365 days) after they’re earned.

You can earn points by purchasing from Happy box and in a variety of other ways! When purchasing, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Learn more about the other ways to earn points here.

DISCOUNTS

There are a few ways to get a discount code. 1) Subscribe to marketing emails and SMS (you'll see a popup come up offering you a discount to do so on our website site if you've not already subscribed!) Once subscribed you'll receive a first-time purchase discount and of course marketing emails and SMS where we share coupons, sales, and promotions as they happen. 2) Follow us on social media: @happybox - we tend to post sales when they happen on IG stories, as well as other promotions and fun giveaways 3) Learn about and join our loyalty & referral program where you can get cash off for earning points for purchasing, following us on social media, sharing your birthday with us and more.

Discounts from SMS/Marketing Emails or Social Media can only be applied to orders placed directly on happyboxstore.com, and are only eligible on Box Builder and some Curated Gifts. They cannot be used for custom corporate concierge gift campaign orders placed with our team, on gift card orders, on Gift Instantly or on select Curated Gifts. Discounts are one-time use and cannot be layered with other promotions, and cannot be applied retroactively.

At this time, no marketing/promotions/discount codes can be used on Gift of Choice orders.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests for donations and due to the focus our own proactive charitable efforts, we may not be able to respond to or accommodate requests for donations, but are always happy to review them. Please email [email protected] with your request and more information about your charitable organization.

GIFT CARDS

Yes! You will be able to purchase a gift card HERE for the following amounts: $25, $50, $75 or $100 (the link also found in the footer of our website). Please note, if you buy one gift card, we will email the gift card directly to your recipient. If you buy more than one gift card, we will send the gift cards to you via email for you to distribute as you wish. Need gift cards in BULK? Email [email protected] and we can create a bulk spreadsheet of gift card codes for a $20 fee.

GIFT OF CHOICE

  1. Tracking the recipient activity of a Gift of Choice gift is easy! You’ll want to login (or signup if you have not already) to your Happy Box account and navigate to the “Gift Instantly Activity” page. There, you can look at all the data from Gift of Choice gifts you sent, as well as individual recipient data. Scroll down to the table and you can see if your recipient has claimed their gift, what they claimed, and their tracking number once it ships.

Yes! That is actually the only way the Gift of Choice experience works. You’ll send the Gift of Choice gift to your recipient’s email, and they will enter their own address information after they select their gift.

Sending bulk gifts with our Gift of Choice collections is easy! Once you select the collection you’d like to send, you’ll be prompted to enter you recipient info. You’ll need to adjust the number of recipients you’d like to send to, and then you can upload our bulk template to send to many recipients at one time.

The gift purchaser has 60 days from expiration date of the gift to convert the Gift of Choice credit to happyboxstore.com store credit. To do so, email [email protected] with your order number. After that 60 days, the gift credit will be considered abandoned and no longer able to be redeemed. 

This is coming very soon, in 2024.

We can definitely incorporate branding into a Gift of Choice bulk order. If you’d like to buy our collections as is, you may purchase them today, and then give your recipients a branded redemption experience. Additionally, if you’re interested in offering branded gifts with or without branded packaging, we can accommodate that, as well! Please book a call or email [email protected] with your inquiry.

Make an account if you don’t already have one here, and you can see your Gift of Choice recipient activity. 

Yes, you can! Once you select the budget you’d like to send to your recipients, you will enter your recipient info where you can specify the number of recipients you’d like to send the gift to, and bulk upload your recipient list (download template here). Once sent, you’ll be able to track all Gift of Choice activity by logging into your account (or creating one if you haven’t already!). There you’ll be able to see how many gifts you’ve sent, the current email/redemption status, and the inventory redemption breakdown.
